- Each deck should have a midrail and toeboard to minimise any openings. This will prevent anything including tools or materials falling and hitting anyone below.
- Lock Wheels – ensure the wheels on a mobile scaffold are locked whenever it is being utilised. A mobile scaffold should NEVER be moved with someone on it.
- You should never lean over or work outside of the handrails on a scaffold.
